תְּהִלִּים קכו
Tehillim / Psalms 126
ג.
3.
הִגְדִּיל ה’, לַעֲשׂוֹת עִמָּנוּ–
Adonai did do great things for us –
הָיִינוּ שְׂמֵחִים.
and we were glad.
ד.
4.
שׁוּבָה ה’ אֶת-שבותנו (שְׁבִיתֵנוּ)–
O Adonai, restore our well-being now,
כַּאֲפִיקִים בַּנֶּגֶב.
like streams that flow in the Negev.
ה.
5.
הַזֹּרְעִים בְּדִמְעָה–
So those who sow in tears
בְּרִנָּה יִקְצֹרוּ.
will reap with songs of joy –
ו.
6.
הָלוֹךְ יֵלֵךְ, וּבָכֹה–
and those who walk along weeping,
נֹשֵׂא מֶשֶׁךְ-הַזָּרַע:
bearing a bag of seeds
בֹּא-יָבֹא בְרִנָּה–
will surely come home singing with joy,
נֹשֵׂא, אֲלֻמֹּתָיו.
bearing sheaves.
