I Remember My Song

חִשַּׁבְתִּי יָמִים מִקֶּדֶם

I thought of earlier days,

שְׁנ֗וֹת עוֹלָמִים׃

of years of old.

אֶזְכְּרָה נְגִינָתִי בַּלָּיְלָה עִם־לְבָבִי אָשִׂיחָה

I remember my song at night, I discuss with my heart-mind,

וַיְחַפֵּשׂ רוּחִי׃

I search my spirit.

לְכוּ נְרַנְּנָה לַה’

Come, let us sing in joy to Being,

נָרִ֗יעָה לְצוּר יִשְׁעֵנוּ׃

shout in joy to the Rock of our deliverance.

נְקַדְּמָה פָנָיו בְּתוֹדָה

Let us come forward into His Presence in praise,

בִּזְמִרוֹת נָרִיעַֽ לוֹ׃

in song, let us shout for Him in joy.
